We have been working for years to improve our various hub models in order to minimize reliability problems. Our wish is always to increase the life and the pleasure of riding with all our products.
Some of our hubs now have more than a decade of use and tens of thousands of miles just with regular maintenance.
Lifetime warranty on our hub parts
We guarantee all parts of our hubs for life, except for bearings which are wearing parts and freewheel bodies which are also subject to marking depending on the quality of the cassette or the care taken during assembly. Inappropriate use of the hub can also lead to sudden premature failure and the non-application of the warranty. (Edition One SL on a DH track or on an electrically assisted mountain bike for example).

Nevertheless, like any product designed and manufactured by man, it can happen that a failure occurs and potentially always at the wrong time.
We make it a point of honor to have in stock the majority of the parts to repair your hubs. They can be ordered individually and if you don't find what you need, don't hesitate to send us a message.
We do not offer bearings as they are standard parts that are readily available and you are free to choose one brand or another. We particularly recommend the following brands: SKF, EZO, NTN, INA are known for their reliability and quality of operation. Install them carefully to guarantee their life expectancy.
